These are sometimes called Burmese freshwater crabs, or Thai freshwater crabs.

I am expecting a shipment of 12 of these next week. Has anyone here kept these before? They say they are new to the hobby, and so far I have not found much info on them. I searched Google Scholar and it only showed 2 articles that mentioned them. One of the posts on an invert forum says they reproduce without a larval stage. If that is true they should not be much more difficult than crayfish to breed.
